The last six weeks have been an absolute nightmare -- will spare you the gory deets but suffice it to say the last thing that could happen did happen -- my lovely laptop died. It was a Saturday night, I was closing up shop and that little blue cursor didn't want to stop fucking spinning. Later that night, still spinning. Moving over to the hysterical sob department, which is rare pour moi, I frantically started searching the Yelp master for a computer shop that a) was open on Sunday and b) didn't have $$$$$ next to the name.

I recently got my computer screen replaced here and I'm very pleased with the service I received. If anyone needs a screen replacement on a MacBook, this is the perfect place for you. They are one of the only repair centers in the nation who are able to replace the just the display as opposed to the entire top half of the computer (making the procedure much less expensive). Overall, I'm very happy with comp pros and I will definitely be coming back for all my future computer issues. Allen, the owner is a very honest, great guy and I can trust that he does not try to win one over on his customers.

Comp-Pros kept me informed throughout every step of the process, called to give me updates, and then did work on my computer that was above and beyond what I ultimately paid for. They gave me a discount because of the extra time it took to repair my computer, and I believe they also threw in one of my parts for free. So even though the final repair included a full screen replacement with associated labor, and not just a small video cable replacement job, the difference in the price to me was minuscule.
